Oh my goodness. I really am a bad blog keeper, this post is for my sisters and sis-in-laws, since the boys probably won't be that interested!
I started a new workout program, if you don't know already I am addicted to exercising, but I get bored VERY quickly! I love to workout in the morning so I feel good the rest of the day. So I have been dragging my butt out of bed all week at 5 am to use this new DVD set we got called P90X-Holy Crapoloni! It is hard, but very fun! And the menu that comes with it is not that hard to use, that is usually my problem, I REALLY like food. And I really like fried food and chocolate, so I tend to eat those things when I am upset, or when my aunt flo comes to visit, but the food and recipes with this have been so great that I have not really had a problem yet.....It seems to be enough, and you can always sub chicken when they call for other meats. The best part is the protein bars with the chocolate. Then I get my fix. Anyway, I wanted a place to keep track of my measurements and weight, so if you think that's wierd, STOP READING NOW!

right on girlie! I'm trying to lose that baby weight too. abby is now 9 mos and it just isn't coming off...so I'm on the weight loss-tone up endeavor too....
